Carbon’s Golden Malted® Pancake and Waffle Flours Carbon’s Golden Malted® Pancake and Waffle Flours are blended with barley malt which provides several benefits. Malt is beneficial to your digestive system and acts as a natural sweetener, allowing for significantly less use of sugar in ingredients. Malt also contributes to our waffle’s famous light and fluffy texture. Original Recipe

Our flagship product, this award-winning flour mixture makes wonderfully light and fluffy waffles with a rich taste customers love.

Preparation:

Pour 64 oz. water into a large bowl. Add 24 oz. (3 cups) pasteurized eggs and mix well. Add 1 package of flour and mix well. Add 1 lb. of melted butter to batter and blend well.

Complete – Just Add Water Recipe

Ideal for high-volume and self-serve applications like hotel breakfast bars, this recipe produces light and fluffy waffles with the famous Carbon’s quality and taste. 

Preparation: 

Add one bag of flour to 2 ½ qt. (80 oz. / 10 cups) water and mix with wire whip until batter is smooth.

Gluten-Free Pancake & Waffle Mix

Certified Gluten-Free healthy and delicious pancake and waffle flour mix. Just Add Water.

Preparation:

Add one bag of flour to 8 cups / 64 oz. of cold water and mix with wire whip until batter is smooth.

  • Packing Case: 5 x 3 lbs bags. Total 15 lbs case

Cone Flour

Create delicious, fresh waffle cones for your customers using Carbon’s famous Golden Malted® Cone Flour. 

Preparation: 

Pour 45oz of cold water into a large bowl. Add 5 lbs of Cone mix gradually while mixing until the batter is smooth and lump free. Allow batter to stand for approximately 5 minutes before using.
